Brahma is the Founder and CEO of Unify Technologies, a Digital Engineering company. In his role at Unify, he brings his long and cherished experience in software product engineering and a special focus on Digital Engineering - Intelligence, Trust, Automation, Platforms, and Future.

Previously, he was the Founder, MD, and CEO of Rofous Software, a software services company acquired by GlobalLogic. In his tenure, he built global engineering centers with a workforce of over 4,000, and he was instrumental in closing and managing key client engagements.

Formerly, he managed marquee clients, including Microsoft and Google, for Disha-Aztecsoft, an acquisition of Mindtree. He was responsible for driving channel presales and technical strategy and is credited with opening and building the Hyderabad center. Prior to Disha, he worked in the Device Drivers team at Microsoft USA and also developed printer drivers for Canon Japan. In his early career, he was a Member of the Technical Staff at the Central Research Laboratory India, where he was involved in developing a user interface module for the Indian Navy's warship project.

A graduate of the National Institute of Technology, Allahabad, India, he received the University’s Gold Medal for his Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering. Prior to that, he earned his Bachelor's in Computer Science & Engineering from SV University, Tirupati, India, ranking first in the program. Additionally, he holds a certification in Digital Transformation from Harvard Business School.

He is an avid reader and enjoys listening to music, especially the Carnatic flute.
